To be eligible for a return your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. This means the plastic safety seal must still be intact and not tampered with.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days upon arrival. If 30 days have passed since you received your product and did not contact our customer service team at orders@thesporlords.com you are no longer eligible for a return.

Once you’ve connected with us via email you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping charges). After we receive the returned item(s) at our warehouse we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
